Shipping Information

1. How do I place an order on GLX PARTS?

Before you can start shopping, make sure you have registered an account on GLX PARTS

Browse through our categories/sub-categories or use the search bar to find your favorite products.

2. How can I track my order?

To track your order status, simply click on Track Your Order on the top of the page and enter Order ID or Billing email address for tracking

3. How do I cancel my order?

• Click on “My Account” and click on “My Orders “in the drop-down.
• Once you see your order, click the “Cancel” button & fill out the cancellation request form.
• Choose the item(s) you need to cancel.
• Make sure you read and agree with the cancellation policy.
• Select your cancellation reason.
• Click on “Submit”.

4. What are the Delivery Timelines?

Delivery timelines are estimated number of days for your product to be delivered at your doorstep. These timelines are based on each product indvidually, you will see delivery timings before you place order in the CART. but roughly timings are within UK 5 to 10 working days and outside UK 15 to 20 working days.

5. Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase?

There are no hidden charges when you make a purchase with us. The order amount is inclusive of all taxes and shipping fees. In case your order is delivered partially you will be required to pay only for the item that has been delivered to you. The order amount will be mentioned on the parcel and the invoice. Please note that we will never ask you to pay extra cash to the rider.

6. I ordered multiple items but I have received only one item so far. What’s going on?

Items sourced from different brands are often shipped separately to make sure that there is no delay in fulfillment of your order. Rest assured that you will get all your items within the delivery period mentioned on the product page of those items. Delivery charges confirmed at the time of order placement are spread throughout your order.

7. What is your store’s Returns Policy?

If your product is defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete at the time of delivery, your product may be eligible for refund depending on the product category and condition. Please see detailed terms in the Return Policy. Note: If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
